// Making AI simple for HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops in Northeast Georgia
Answer every call. Stop retyping into QuickBooks.
We build your website and wire it to your phones, field software and QuickBooks. Customers book online, after-hours calls get answered, and finished jobs land in your books on their own.
Three places a shop leaks money.
We fix the one costing you most first, then keep it running.
Visitors become booked jobs
- Website redesign. Fast, phone-friendly, your services and service area up front.
- Online booking. Forms that create jobs in your field software, not another inbox.
- Google Business Profile. Hours, photos and booking link where customers search.
- Monthly updates. Offers, photos and prices changed for you.
No call goes to voicemail
- 24/7 call answering. Calls booked after hours; real emergencies go to your on-call tech.
- Missed-call text-back. Hang-ups get a booking link within a minute.
- Quote follow-up. Install quotes get three polite nudges instead of going quiet.
- Reviews and reminders. A review link after every job; tune-up reminders each season.
The books keep themselves
- QuickBooks sync, fixed. No duplicate invoices, no sync errors piling up.
- Supplier bill capture. Supply-house invoices read, matched to the job, drafted for approval.
- Profit per job. A weekly report of what each job actually made.
- Payroll and payments. Timesheets to payroll and reminders on overdue invoices.
// Who you'll be working with
A local who speaks both trades and tech.
I'm Wyatt Otto. I set up AI and automation for working businesses: connecting software that was never meant to talk, cutting out the retyping, and keeping the tools simple enough that busy crews actually use them. I focus on trade shops around Northeast Georgia.
You'll deal with me, not a call center. Plain answers, no long contracts, and I'll tell you straight if something isn't worth automating.
- Step 1 · one hour Office Audit We walk through your website, phones, field software and QuickBooks. You get a written plan for the top three fixes, with the dollars and hours each one saves.
- Step 2 · fixed price Build Set up inside accounts you own, written in your shop's voice, and tested on real calls and invoices before it goes live.
- Step 3 · month to month Care Plan We watch it, fix what breaks, tune it and send a one-page results report each month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Know the price before we start.
Every job gets a fixed quote in writing after the audit, before any work begins. Software and phone usage are billed by those vendors directly, never marked up.
// Pilot program
3 local shops this month. No setup cost.
Your first fix is free to set up, in exchange for honest feedback and permission to share the before-and-after numbers.
Straight answers.
- Do I have to switch software?
- No. We work inside what you already run. If you're on paper and QuickBooks alone, we'll help you pick field software, but we won't push you.
- Can you just update my current website?
- Yes. Website Care works on most existing sites. If yours is slow, hard to edit or broken on phones, we'll tell you in the audit whether a redesign is worth it.
- Who owns the accounts and data?
- You do. Everything is set up in your name; we get user access to do the work, and we delete our copies if we part ways.
- What happens with a real emergency call?
- You set the rules. Calls that match them go straight to your on-call tech instead of just being booked.
- We're on QuickBooks Desktop. Can you still help?
- Often, yes. Some field software only syncs with QuickBooks Online, so we'll check your setup in the audit and tell you plainly what's possible.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- Builds are one-time fixed prices. Monthly plans are month to month with 30 days' notice.
